At LivaraHome, we aim to make furniture delivery simple, convenient and transparent. Delivery options and costs are available before you place your order.

Standard Delivery

Most LivaraHome products are delivered via Standard Delivery, a fast and cost-effective shipping method suitable for most items.

Standard Delivery is available for eligible orders across Australia.

For standard delivery, items are delivered to the ground floor and front door only. Please ensure the delivery address is accessible and suitable for receiving your order.

Warehouse Collection

For selected products, Warehouse Collection may be available as an alternative to standard delivery.

This option is available only when the product is currently in stock at the relevant warehouse.

Once your order has been placed and the collection has been confirmed, your order will usually be prepared and ready for collection within 2–4 days, provided the item is in stock.

The applicable warehouse will depend on the product's available stock location. Please wait until you have received our collection confirmation email before travelling to the warehouse.

Collection Requirements

When collecting your order, please bring:

• Your order confirmation or order details
• The collection email confirming that your order is ready for pickup

For safety and security, orders can only be collected once you have received confirmation that they are ready.

Warehouse collection availability varies by product and current stock location. The warehouse address for your order will be confirmed in your collection notification.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs vary depending on the product weight, delivery address and order details.

You can check the applicable delivery cost in two convenient ways:

• On the product page: Where available, enter your postcode to view the applicable delivery cost.
• At checkout: Your delivery cost will be calculated and displayed after you enter your delivery address.

This allows you to review the delivery cost before completing your purchase.

Multiple Items & Delivery

If your order contains multiple items, we may ship your items separately to help provide faster delivery.

Depending on the products in your order, items may arrive at different times and may be delivered separately.

Your delivery cost will be calculated based on the items and delivery address in your order.
